EXPERIENCE:
Technical Support Engineer and Installation Technician for Lightspace Corporation. The principal Lightspace product is a graphic display floor composed of thousands of computer-controlled squares of colored light. This surface can sense a users position and pressure on the stage and via software, creates an interactive digital experience. In this position, I play a lead and vital role in the specification, installation and support of the product both internally and with customers, partners and resellers. In addition, I serve as a 'Lightspinner' responsible for integrating our product with the venue and operating the demonstration software. (March 2004 - Present)
Mixing Engineer and Song Compiler for MusicPlayground, a leading music technology and entertainment company. MusicPlayground's patented technology lets the user become a Virtual Musician, playing and singing with a variety of songs across all genres. My primary responsibility was to mix and produce songs that were licensed to MusicPlayground, recreating the sound and feel of the original songs from scratch. Musical elements were either recorded in-house or downloaded via FTP and compiled into Digital Performer (Digital Audio and MIDI sequencing software). Once all the parts were in place, the songs were meticulously mixed, equalized and processed to achieve the closest possible match to the original. Final production entailed organization of samples into SoundFonts, compression using mp3 and other downsampling technologies and creation of MIDI-Audio conglomerates. This position also involved a significant amount of quality assurance and database management. (February 2001 - August 2003)

Also involved related administrative duties such as product research & purchasing, script editing, show documentation and advancing of concerts. (Oct. 1997 - April 2000)
